i have done the gurista/serpentis mission many times using a solo drake with a full set of hornet 2's. its really easy and here is how i do it.

first room, goto either side, shoot to gain agro, once all agro has been gathered, drop dropes kill off group. return drones to bay. warp out.

warp back to center approach other side, do the same as above; gather agro, release drones, kill group. note that the core/serpentis side has emmo rats that do tend to change agro from time to time, watch your drones, but the bs rats will not be able to hit them very easy.

now both secondary rooms are pretty much about the same using a drake with t2 drones. Once you warp in, go verticle killing the agroing group, starting from the frigs, working your way up. Once your 50k above the other two groups which have not yet agro'ed, you can safely release your drones and use them as well. You can agro one group at a time until the room is cleared.

warp out, repeat second room other side, and the final room is easy to clear without drones, or you can go verticle and relase drones 50k above the other rats.

never had the bug of not enough crew members.

i can solo this in a drake in about 2 hours, with loot, salvage and bounties this mission can yeild about 50mil no including any faction loot the random overseer spawns may drop.
