Alex "Aenigma" Zwanenburg studies Applied Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands.

My first contact with the world of games was through the NES, when i was a kid. This evolved to PC games when PCs became mainstream in Holland. Starfleet Command 3 was the first game i played online with others, and this is were i stumbled across this site.

At first BattleClinic was a static site where we could post our loadouts for ships. Well post is maybe a big word, we could mail Chris "SghnDubh" our loadouts and he uploaded them. Since then it only went on- and upward. BattleClinic was going to get a total revision with the help of Steve "MrCue", transforming the site more into what you can see now. I helped testing the site and did a lot of the maths on different aspects of the loadouts. More updates and changes, and our expansion into other games followed.

For EvE i wrote a small treatise on the stacking penalty and I'm responsible for the maths behind various tools.
