just for kicks i tested this in some "Friendly" intercorp PVP. we formed 2 teams and had at it.

Corp chat went something like this:
"Lol Zerg, an Ibis?"
"Ow, how are you hitting me from that far?!"
"STOP DESTROYING MY DRONES YOU BAST@#$"

Eventually they found they could bum rush me if they werent webbed as my top speed was pretty wimpy, but hey, I blew up over 3 times my ships worth in drones, and a kestrel(He was webbed).
