This dominix is one of the most beastly battleships i have ever flown in eve. The damage output is amazing with the t2 medium neutrons and the 5 heavy drone II's an the tanking is even more amazing. One of the hardiest ships i have ever fought or flown.

yes the Dominix can be a beast.    loadout looks good.  personaly i like to put a nuet and a noss on there, but that is just prefference.

Use a 3x Ogre II/2x zerker II mix imo.

damn good setup, but personally for gate camps solo or 2-3 man in lowsec (not 0.0), ima fit 2 sensor boosters instead of mwd and 9km scram. looks like amazing DPS tho, and ima be happy to fly it soon.

only thing i have come to realize is that its not recieving the bs bonus, so would it be better to fit the best named/tech 2 large guns instead of the T2 meds? havent done any tests, and idk how much pg is left over, but just checking

no, the t2 mediums with t2 ammo are much better then the named large guns.  the t2 mediums do more damage, faster ROF, and better tracking.  no, if he could use t2 large, it would totaly different, depending on skills, and what targets he was up against.

aight cool then cuz ill be able to use the skills i trained for my myrm to carry over into my domi fitting. lol basically this domi is just a bigger version of my myrm with 1 extra lowslot and more drone space and bandwith lol. fly safe everyone and hope u get some kills...that dont include me as the victim lol

and the domi and the myrmidon is almost the same price;)

but are u sure that the med blasters are better? or is it just a powergrid question? because with battleship4 u would get a 20% damage boost on the heavy's and well... if u use the ions or something the pg req wouldnt be that high?

im currently close to being able to use the tech2 blasters but the tech2 heavy's are several weeks more to train too... so if what ur saying is valid then Wohooo!!:D

Soon, I will start my 32 days of training for Gal BB 5.    Currently expect it done by April 3, but plan to move it up some.  My Drone loving will be better and hybrid guns may tempt me.

Um. Just put this in EFT. Cap lasts 51seconds with 800 charges and everything running. A bit over 2mins with no MWD. Also the dps isn't so hot with those medium guns as the drones are doing 2x more dps than the guns.

I always see people posting high dps stuff that can run for about 60-120seconds. Is there a cap charge trailer you can pull behind your Battle Ship that I dont know about?

It depends on the fight.
Solo/small gang fights are usually over well before two minutes is up.
Fleet/large scale fights can go on for hours.
