oh yeah, forgot to say that

got 3 SS magstabs already for my gank version. Another thing i forgot to add is that use Void for ships that wont really orbit you or something like a BS which is slow anyway and will tank fairly well. But instead of using antimatter, use Federatin Navy Antimatter for more damage and it tracks as well as the standard version. Also it would be advisable to use Null for faster ships orbitting you at a range of 4-6km. that way with the bigger optimal range and with the awesome falloff the astarte gives you should hit em no problem.
NOTE: Main skills needed to fit this are AWU 4 and Hybrid Weapon Rigging 4 (3 if you use a storyline cap booster and SS mwd). That is ofc on top of other skills you should have if flying a CS. I am pretty sure i will be using this setup for solo and gang pvp. just adding a bit of faction here and there
