Description:	OUTALANCE SHIPYARDS ISS Belladonna Class : X Class Cruiser Owner : Morgan Corporate Authority ------------ There was no greater surprise to the Dominion and Cardasian forces then the appearance of the X-Class Cruisers in the Badlands, midway into the war. Until that point the MCA had merely been a nuisance, now they were a serious threat to an already tenuous supply line. The leader of the MCA President J T Morgan realized the task of protecting the badlands was beyond the means of the small force of surplus and derelict craft that Section 31 was providing. He had some excellent Klingon engineers working for the MCA when they found that their own home world had shut them off. Such was the state of affairs when you don't have a well-known house to speak for you. So the X-Class cruisers were born a strange meld of Klingon and other technologies. Cruiser, in itself, was a poor term many would argue that Carrier or Battleship would have been more appropriate. These ships were huge, larger even then the Romulan Warbirds. It carried not only a large compliment of phaser, disrupter, and quantum torpedo banks, but attached to the front is an enormous Anti-proton Beam cannon fired forward. In the rear, a modified pair of Romulan plasma emitters stood ready to blow apart any pursuing vessel. It wasn't unusual to see the ship slugging it out with Dominion forces while an old Klingon D-7 or Judas Goat decoy was clamped to the rear holding facilities waiting their turn for repairs as Gnat Fighters would zip by to engage enemy fighters. ------------- Author : ModelsPlease Original mesh and textures : Brezgonne Retextured by : ModelsPlease Based on a concept by : Henry Wayne

Called the Morgan Corporate State, this colony was settled by a mixture of races all looking to find something more than what could be found in the ordered worlds of the Federation. Klingons, many without families, came to find lost honor. Near the Ferengi sphere of influence, products from the Morgan Corporate Authority or MCA found a rich market. Unknown to everyone outside of the MCA, the colony was established and run by agents of Section 31, the invisible agency of the Federation. Their purpose was originally intended to keep tabs on Cardasia and Feregnar.
